  • Do you accept digital dental impressions or physical impressions only?

  • Do you offer delivery and courier services?
    We pick up and deliver in Klang Valley and most of Selangor. For further areas, we use courier services. Surcharges applied for order <MYR150.
  • What's your restoration turnaround time and warranty?
    Every restoration comes with a two (2)-year warranty. You may check our pricelist for estimated turnaround times based on materials. Don't have it yet? Let us know!
  • Do you offer rush services for urgent cases?
    Yes, we offer rush services with an additional cost.
  • Do you offer custom abutments for implant restorations?
    Yes, we do! We offer various custom abutments. Contact us for further discussion.
  • How do you ensure the quality of your restorations?
    Senior technicians perform quality checks at every stage to ensure top-notch results.
  • How do you handle adjustments or redos?
    In Klang Valley and most of Selangor, we collect adjustments within 24 hours. Outstation clients need to courier the case back to us.
  • What is the best way to communicate case details and preferences?
    We have a dedicated customer service team that can communicate directly on all information related with the case.
  • Do you provide technical support for case planning and troubleshooting?
    Absolutely, our customer support is well-trained to help with case planning and provide expert consultation to ensure the best solutions for your patients. We’re also available to help with shade-taking in your clinic or our lab if needed.
  • How do you keep up with the latest advancements in dental technology?
    We conduct in-house training for our technicians and collaborate with industry experts. Additionally, we actively participate in regional trade shows to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and techniques.
  • Do you offer flexible payment options?
    We offer a strict 30-day credit term. Note that overdue payments may affect service continuity.
  • At a Glance: Terms & Conditions
    Urgent Cases: A surcharge of 30% or MYR100, whichever is higher, will apply to cases requested with a shorter turnaround time than the standard listed on Omegaden's Pricelist. Redo Policy: Laboratory Responsibility: Redos due to lab-related issues will be remade at no cost within the warranty period. Clinic Responsibility: Redos requested due to clinic-related issues will be fully charged for the first case, with the redo charged at 50% of the original price. Material Changes: Any change in material after fabrication has begun will be considered a new case and charged accordingly. Adjustments: Minor adjustments made within two (2) weeks of the invoice date will be provided free of charge. Delivery Fee: Delivery is included for orders of MYR150 and above. For orders below MYR150, a delivery fee of MYR10 will apply. Warranty: A two (2)-year warranty covers material defects from the invoice date.
