Sales Representative
Job Description:

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with dental clinics and private practices across Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and purchasing decision-makers through regular clinic visits, presentations, and follow-ups.

Actively promote the laboratory’s full range of dental products and services, including crown and bridge restorations, implant prosthetics, zirconia, e.max, and digital workflow solutions.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts by monitoring case activity, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

Coordinate closely with internal production and customer service teams to ensure smooth case handling, timely delivery, and effective communication with clients.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term client relationships and retention.

Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline progress, and territory performance using internal reporting systems.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and market expansion.

Stay updated with current dental industry trends, competitor activities, and clinic needs to support effective sales strategies and market positioning.

Participate in training and continuous learning initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, and industry understanding.
Requirements:

2–4 years of B2B sales experience

Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical devices industry is preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field

Possess own transport and willing to travel within KL & Selangor daily
-
Diploma or Degree in any discipline; business or science background is an advantage
-
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
